Who We Are

Information We Collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items you order, the payment method you choose and — for crypto payments — the transaction ID and wallet details you submit.
- Messages: what you send through our contact form, phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up on our homepage. You can unsubscribe any time by contacting us.
- Reviews: your name, rating and review, and optionally your location, email and order number. Your email and order number are never shown publicly.
- Account and cart: if you create an account or add items to your cart, that information is stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. To limit spam we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with reviews and messages — not the address itself.
How We Use It
- To process, ship and support your order.
- To answer your questions and messages.
- To publish reviews you submit, after we've checked them.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud.
Payments
We don't collect or store card numbers. Payments made with Zelle, Chime, Cash App, Venmo or cryptocurrency are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We use these service providers to run the store:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and stores order, review, message and newsletter records.
- Telegram — sends our team a notification with order, message and sign-up details.
- Shipping carriers — receive your name and address to deliver your order.
- Cloudinary and Google Fonts — deliver some images and fonts, so they receive your IP address when pages load.
- QR code service (api.qrserver.com) — receives our wallet address to draw the payment QR code; no personal information is sent.
Cookies and Browser Storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site uses your browser's local storage for your cart and account, and a secure cookie only for our own staff login. You can clear local storage in your browser settings at any time; doing so empties your cart and signs you out.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as needed for customer service, warranty support and our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete reviews or messages at any time.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
